Specialty gases

Specialty gases, made and supplied in India by a company that fills its own cylinders

Ultra-high-purity acetylene to 99.99 %, custom mixtures to ten components, and the rare and pharmacopoeia gases a laboratory, hospital or process plant cannot run without. Each page below says plainly whether KIGL makes the gas or supplies it, and what document comes with the cylinder.

The specialty gases

In order from the grade KIGL makes itself to the gases it sources and supplies. The distinction matters for lead time, and it is stated on every page rather than left to be assumed.

Choosing and using them

Why buy specialty gases from a manufacturer

A specialty gas is bought on its paperwork. The purity on the certificate is what the instrument, the pharmacopoeia or the process audit will hold you to, so the supplier has to be able to stand behind the number. KIGL fills ultra-high-purity acetylene through its own purification train and analyses each batch, and blends mixtures on its own manifold. For the gases it does not make, it says so, names the constraint, and gives a lead time it can keep.
