Acetylene
The line KIGL has made since 1947, in three grades. They differ in how far the gas has been purified and, at the top, in the solvent — so the grade is chosen against the application, not the headline number.

Acetylene gas
Dissolved acetylene at ≥98 % (KIGL specification), conforming to IS 308. ₹350–450 per Nm³, cylinders and cascades from Guwahati. Three grades to 99.99 %.

High purity acetylene gas at 99 %
High purity acetylene gas at 99 % dissolved in DMF, with phosphine and hydrogen sulphide at ppm levels from KIGL's own purification system. Made in India.

Ultra-high-purity acetylene
UHP acetylene at 99.99 % purity dissolved in DMF, with phosphine and hydrogen sulphide below 10 ppm. Made in India by KIGL for AAS and analytical laboratories.
Industrial gases
Filled at KIGL's own works in Guwahati, in single cylinders and in cascades sized against measured consumption, and supplied through a network of agents across Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Assam, Odisha and other states.

Industrial oxygen gas to IS 309 at ≥99.5 % purity, supplied in high-pressure cylinders and cascades from KIGL’s filling stations. Manufacturing since 1947.

Nitrogen gas to IS 1747 at ≥99.5 % purity in high-pressure cylinders and cascades. Purging, blanketing, inerting and laser cutting supply from KIGL.

Argon gas (Ar) for TIG and MIG welding
Argon to IS 5760 Grade 3 at ₹220–250 per Nm³, in cylinders and cascades. Welding and high-purity grades for TIG, MIG, aluminium and stainless steel, from KIGL.

Carbon dioxide gas to IS 307
Carbon dioxide gas to IS 307 in cylinders from KIGL. Grade 1 at 99.7 % for MIG welding and process use, filled by weight because CO₂ is a liquid.

Hydrogen gas supplied in high-pressure cylinders for hydrogenation, heat treatment, laboratory carrier gas and process use. Cylinder supply from KIGL.

Helium gas supply
Helium gas supplied in cylinders for laboratory, welding and industrial use. KIGL is a helium supplier, not a producer — no helium is manufactured in India.

Synthetic air and compressed air in cylinders
Synthetic air blended from oxygen and nitrogen, supplied in cylinders for instrument calibration, laboratory and breathing-apparatus-adjacent applications.

Custom gas mixtures with up to 10 components blended to ±5 % of the specified concentration. Welding shielding, process and instrument mixtures from KIGL.

Medical oxygen to Indian Pharmacopoeia standard
Medical oxygen to Indian Pharmacopoeia and IS 12406, filled in dedicated medical cylinders for hospitals, nursing homes and ambulance services across NE India.

Nitrous oxide
Nitrous oxide to Indian Pharmacopoeia standard for anaesthesia and analgesia, plus industrial grade. Supplied in cylinders by KIGL, in the gas trade since 1947.

KIGL builds the plants that make the gas, and the safety equipment that goes on the line. Very few suppliers anywhere do both.
