How quickly will I get a reply?

Enquiries are answered on working days. For urgent medical oxygen requirements, telephone rather than emailing — a hospital running short of oxygen should not be waiting on an inbox.

What should I include in an enquiry?

The gas or equipment, the quantity or capacity, your location, and how you want it delivered. For gas we will confirm whether we can serve your location properly from our Guwahati works or through our agent network. For plant and equipment we quote anywhere in India.

Do you supply outside the North East?

Equipment — acetylene plants, PSA oxygen and nitrogen plants, flashback arrestors — ships anywhere in India, including Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Bihar and Odisha. Cylinder gas is filled at Guwahati and reaches customers through our network of agents across Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Assam, Odisha and other states, so tell us where you are and we will be straight with you about whether we can serve you well.

Can you help with PESO licensing?

For equipment we supply, yes — we provide drawings and equipment certification to support an application under the Gas Cylinders Rules, 2016, and advise on the Calcium Carbide Rules where carbide storage is involved. The licence itself is held by the operator.
