If you email us, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, company, contact details and your enquiry. We use it to answer you, to quote, and to fulfil an order if you place one. We keep enquiry and transaction records for as long as we need them commercially and for as long as tax, company and gas-cylinder regulations require.
